- OUR STORY
More than pizza — a passion shared since day one
Rosé Pizza was born out of passion — two food lovers who devoured every documentary about pizza.
For years, our chef & founder Phil worked in the culinary world — from fine dining to more casual kitchens, including hotels & a few pizzerias. But no matter where he cooked, pizza kept coming back to his mind. Flavourful, creative, & accessible to everyone — it became the craft he wanted to dedicate himself to.
Our travels through Europe & the United States turned that passion into an obsession. From Düsseldorf, where a small Italian pizzeria moved us with its authenticity, to New York in 2018, where a simple “$1 slice” opened our eyes — pizza can be affordable, friendly, & incredibly delicious all at once. The dream became clear: bring that experience to our community.
Back home, Phil began experimenting relentlessly — dough, fermentation, recipes… Until one day, in front of a crispy, airy crust straight out of our own oven, we knew the dream could become reality.
Today, that’s what Rosé Pizza is all about: artisanal dough, fermented & hand-stretched, homemade sauces made with quality tomatoes, & recipes that celebrate red & white pizzas — & every variation in between. Balanced, comforting, & made with love — to take out, to share, to savour without pretense — it’s our way of sharing with you what inspires us most.
